Pottery takes time to make, time to dry, time to fire. If we have a piece you desire in stock it can usually ship within a week. Otherwise it will depend on what you want and what leaves are available. We thank you for understanding our process sometimes takes more than a few weeks as the pieces go through many steps (and two firings!) from lump of clay to finished product.

Online: Visit our new Square Market E-Commerce site here for a shopping cart experience. Please do note, this is a new option and not all pieces we make are available through this method. For items not on the site (or specific leaf requests) email us (see below for details).
Several of the galleries who represent our work also offer shopping carts sales. See our “Galleries” page and look for the *** to link to those.
By email or telephone: If you want a more personalized experience (or something not currently listed on the Square Market site), visit our products page to decide what you'd like, then call 413-527-6390 or email us with what you want to order. We'll get back to you quickly with details on estimated turnaround and cost. We can now email links for secure online payment once the order is ready to ship.

Once work is ready and payment is received your order will ship (fully insured against breakage) within a week or two (sooner if we can do it!). Shipping times will vary depending on where you are but we can give you a tracking number once the work ships. Should you receive a damaged piece, please contact us immediately (phone: 413-527-6390 or at leafware@mindspring.com) and save all the packing material as UPS may want to inspect it.
Wedding registries: We don't list registries online. Just call or email an inquiry with the names of the couple and we can let you know what they want either by phone or email.
